The Vision

Trial organization hasn't changed in a century.

Binders, yellow pads, and disjointed digital files. Direct and cross outlines scattered across Word docs. No system trained on your specific strategy, analogies, word choice, and theory of the case — while you're on your feet.

One Workspace

Directs, crosses, notes, exhibits, and objections — all in a single, searchable, AI-aware workspace.

Trained on Your Case

AI trained on your case-specific materials and style, staying by your side throughout trial.

Aligned with Your Jury

When used with StrikeList AI, Darrow helps align trial strategy, demeanor, analogies, and word choice with the actual jurors in the box.

The Full Stack

Darrow ties it all together.

For full-stack users, Darrow connects your trial work back into your broader data and systems — concentrating your entire tech stack's power at the exact leverage point where it matters most: trial itself.

FAQ

Everything you want to know about Darrow.

Common questions from trial attorneys on the waitlist.

An in-trial operating system is a single, AI-aware workspace that replaces the binders, yellow pads, and scattered Word documents that most trial attorneys still use in the courtroom. Darrow centralizes your direct outlines, cross outlines, exhibit list, witness notes, and real-time strategy in one place — and the AI is trained on your specific case, theory, and style so it can assist you on your feet.

Word and Google Docs are generic text editors with no understanding of your case. Darrow is trained on your case-specific materials: your theory of the case, your witness outlines, your exhibits, and your prior work product. It can surface relevant information, suggest follow-up questions, flag inconsistencies with prior statements, and adapt its assistance to the actual jurors in the box when used alongside StrikeList AI.

Darrow is currently in active development. We are building it with input from a small group of trial attorneys who are on the waitlist. If you join the waitlist, you will be among the first notified when it becomes available for beta access. We expect to begin limited beta deployments in the near term.

When used together, StrikeList AI feeds juror profile data into Darrow, allowing the AI to adapt your trial strategy, demeanor guidance, analogies, and word choice to the specific people sitting in the jury box. For example, if your jury skews toward a particular professional background or value system, Darrow can help you frame arguments and analogies that will resonate with those specific jurors.

Yes. Darrow is designed to run in a browser on any device — laptop, tablet, or desktop. The interface is optimized for the courtroom environment: clean, fast, and readable at a glance without requiring constant interaction. You can move through outlines, pull up exhibits, and query the AI without disrupting your flow at the podium.

Darrow is built with the same privacy-first principles as the rest of the ForVerdict stack. Case materials are stored securely and are not used to train any external AI models. The AI assistance is powered by models configured specifically for your case, not shared with other users or exposed to third-party systems.

Darrow is designed to work as a standalone in-trial operating system. You do not need to use Citadel, Sherlock, or StrikeList AI to benefit from it. However, the full ForVerdict stack amplifies Darrow's capabilities significantly: StrikeList AI feeds juror data, Sherlock feeds case knowledge, and Citadel feeds case management context.
