About ForVerdict
Not a tech shop
that learned about law.
ForVerdict is the Venn diagram of a serious trial lawyer and a serious technologist — building tools first to win his own cases, and now to give other litigators that same edge.

"I knew from age six I wanted to be a trial attorney. I've been in courtrooms my entire adult life. ForVerdict is what happens when you combine that with being a serious tech dork who builds his own tools."
The Founder Story
A career built entirely in the courtroom.
David R. Drwencke has lived in the courtroom since age 22 — starting immediately after undergrad, not after years of transactional work. The courtroom was always the destination.
Nearly seven years as a judicial law clerk in an exceptionally busy trial-level courtroom gave him a perspective that most trial lawyers never get: seeing hundreds of trials from the bench, watching what works and what doesn't from the judge's vantage point.
Then came high-volume litigation firms — personal injury, niche birth trauma, insurance defense — always in active litigation roles, always preparing for trial. Now he runs a high-volume, trial-focused criminal defense firm with 20+ years of experience from every angle: plaintiff, defense, and the bench.
He's also a self-described huge tech dork and early adopter. He's spoken at conferences on using AI in law practice and on podcasts about firm ownership and marketing. He started building tools to win his own cases — and realized other litigators needed them too.
That's ForVerdict. Not a generic tech shop. Not a legal startup founded by people who've never picked a jury. A trial lawyer who builds the tools he always needed — and now makes them available to every litigator who wants an edge.

Our Mission
Give every litigator the edge that used to require a massive budget.
The tools in ForVerdict's platform were built because David needed them to win his own cases. Now they're available to every litigation firm that wants to compete at the highest level — regardless of size.
